Right, listen up.

This year the May Brawl is to be held at the Portland Arms on the 17th
June. The line-up is as follows:

AKERCOCKE + INFESTATION + AS SHE SCREAMS

For those of you who don't know, these are all extremely class acts,
coming up from London. Akercocke play extreme black / death metal with
touches of power electronics and other general weirdness (their demo, yes
DEMO 'Rape of the Bastard Nazarene' is currently in HMV and Virgin across
the country). Infestation play old school death and have a great new album
('Mass Immolation', currently in Cambridge HMV) out now. As She Screams
play more doomy type stuff in the vein of Paradise Lost, Entwined and
early Anathema.

Doors are to open at 7.30, with a projected kick off at about 8pm. Tickets
will be available in advance - members £2.50 and non-members £3.50, on
sale at the Monday pub meets at the Alma and at WUS. TICKETS WILL BE ON
SALE TO MEMBERS ONLY for the first two weeks.

Make sure you all come along, because this is going to be awesome...
