OK people, listen up!!! This is my first (and probably last) post to
rocksoc-official so pay extra attention...

This Thursday (30th November) instead of the all-requests Rock Night there
will be the ROCKSOC QUIZ AND CHRISTMAS PARTY!!!

This will be held in THE ALMA starting at 8pm. For those of you who still
don't know where the Alma is, there's a map on the website:

There will be a round-the-pub game of pass the parcel, and very probably
Twister and Giant Jenga.

There will be sweets and stuff courtesy of Roz (ie it was her idea).

The Quiz will start at approximately 9pm and will include top prizes for
the team that demonstrates the most astounding knowledge of all things
rockular. It will NOT just be about black metal and hardcore as some may
have suggested.

We will be playing rockular tunes via the CD decks as well (in the
gaps between the quiz rounds etc...) And if anyone wants to bring a CD,
y'never know, we might just play it, if we're feeling generous...

And for those of you who enjoy it far too much and really want to remember
the event, we'll be selling our fantastic t-shirts there as well. Prices
