Subject: MINUTES OF ROCKSOC COMMITTEE MEETING 24/05/200

Present: Andy M, Andy H, Emma, Elisabeth, Oli, Baz, Roz. The meeting

started at around 9.00

1/ May Brawl.

Because all the possible venues are booked up, there isn't going to be a

May Brawl this year, but we'll try and make up for it with other events.

2/ Freshers' Gig

We might be able to get a venue at APU for an all day event (probably

between 4.00 and 11.00) sometime in freshers' week. There are loads of

bands who want to play Cambridge, so we're going to try and aim for a mix

of different styles, as well as having both student bands and bigger

names.

3/ Picnic.

There's going to be a picnic on the evening of Saturday 16th of June,

followed by overnight punting.

4/ EGM - 14th of June

We couldn't get a room in Trinity or King's, so it's going to have to be

in the Alma.
