Meeting Opened: 8:58

1. WUS – Helen is to announce this on LiveJournal, and Jack needs to get the reps organised! (Including for ARU).
2. Website – Action for Simon – to make a weekly backup. (He was doing it AS WE SPOKE.) Helen remarked that she didn’t “know if it’s hot or alarming when he talks like this”.
3. Cam:Live – Elaine to talk to Union about this.
4. Quiz – The Castle Inn has been booked for Monday 1st December and we can be there from around 7pm. The top section has been reserved and it was FREE! Oli to call one week before to confirm our booking. ROUNDS: Lyric Completion - Helen, Identify the Band from the Logo - Amy, Music Round BUT IN REVERSE – Oli, Band Dingbats – Elaine, Strange Metal Trivia – Jack, SOMETHING OR OTHER – Mark B, Open-Ended Questions – Simon, Non-Metal Round - ?, Science Round – Andy, Arts Round - ?. Also! Pass the Parcel, possibly involving Fizzy Fangs (which are vegetarian) – Oli. Someone said “You haven’t seen me naked dahling. Not yet...” but I can’t remember who.
5. Photos – Elaine needs a USB thingy from Jack to get the photos off her camera.
6. Warn Keith about sackage of sound person. Looks like Terrorizer might be a lost cause...
7. Helen has acquired chequebooks and bank statements, but new membership books are needed.
8. Jack has yet again not done his Latin.
9. We need to advertise Committee positions!
10. More Website stuff: Gillian to sort out the Committee page. Robbie to do “everything else” although some sort of compromise can probably be reached on this. Elaine to upload minutes, Amy to upload setlists.
