Former Committees

Old enough to know better, Richard has gratuated from running WUS to the lofty position of "Da Boss". He plays lead guitar for Fire & Forget, and also likes fast women and lose cars.

Formerly recognisable by her two-tone hair, Elise is mad enough to be secretary for a second time. She is rumoured to wander the streets after dark, rattling her chains and never sleeping...

Baz likes bacteria and black metal. He is a veteran of several committees past, and can often be seen propping up the bar, holding a pint of something black and filthy.

Oli is now running out of fingers to count the number of times he's been on the committee. He likes riding motorbikes and pretty girls. And power metal.

Keith is an Irish biochemist. He brings fresh blood to the committee, and is dedicated enough to have two jobs. He even turned up to half of the committee meetings last year.

Oliver likes cheese. Or was that booze.

Siobhan is studying hard for a career in knob-twiddling.

Graham has ginger hair and big stompy boots.

Myk is often seen behind the bar at The Alma.

Yet another former secretary. Schoolteacher by day, metal warrior by night.

Pretty (and) small, KT has by far the longest hair in RockSoc, and can drink a surprisingly large amout. She is doing a PhD in Archaeology and will be very happy to tell you all about bladelets.

Now in his fourth (from the last five) glorious year on the committee, Oli has legendary taste in music, and legendary ability to drink beer. He is currently quite keen on motorbikes too.

Richard likes Led Zeppelin. A lot. And a vast number of other bands too. He even has (had?) his own who have played for RockSoc a number of times.

Also pretty (and) small, Emma is now in her second year as Events Ossifer, and third on the committee. She is still very keen on bats.

Still not the oldest member on the committee, Jester is keen to stay involved despite his recent stroke. He is also a representative for APU folk and hair metal fans.

Our glorious leader; dedicated black metal fan and PhD student. He is not against spandex per se.

A red haired Yorkshireman who hates everything and everybody. Often seen supping ale, roleplaying or dancing like a maniac.

Not to be confused with Oliver. Also from Yorkshire and partial to a pint (or sometimes two). A power metal fan with gothic tendancies.

Ben has a band, but not much hair. Apparently he used to have a bit more and look like someone from Hanson. Speak to him if you want to DJ at Wake Up Screaming.

Pretty (and) small, Emma likes bats. She was Treasurer last year and is now our new and very shiny Events Ossifer.
