1). Last weeks minutes approved.

2). Treasurer: Need Emma's signature for mandate, done.
Action: Katie to take mandate to bank next week.
Katie has accounts for last three WUS.
Action: Katie to put WUS accounts onto website.

3). Termcards:
At printers: 150 cards
Cost: approx. £38
Available for collection next week.
Action: Emma to send out electronic termcards next week.
Action: Katie to check last year's accounts for costing of last year's termcards.
Action: Catherine to send membership database to Emma.

4). 18th May:
All three bands have confirmed: Krimson, Imposters and D-void.
Action: Emma make fliers next week.
Action: Emma contact Man on the Moon, to see if Krimson are playing there the week before, or whether the date on their board is incorrect.
Action: Emma contact Man on the Moon to put May gig onto their website.
Action: Emma contact Boatrace to put RockSoc gigs onto their website.

5). Bat Race:
Still no dates.
Not on termcard.

6). WUS/Gigs entrance policy:
All events are suitably advertised in advance and also on the door. Therefore, all those who pay to enter the event, do so knowingly of it's content/type and thus are not entitled to any refund if they choose to leave. However, refunds will be given, if requested, when the event is cut short due to unforeseen circumstances.

7), Any other business.
Action: Emma to e-mail Richard a copy of the events calendar.
Sabotage has moved to the junction, with possible opportunities for cross-promotion.
Action: Richard continue discussions with Sabotage.
Action: Richard to send Catherine new membership list.
