1). Minutes:
Action: Last weeks minutes to be edited marginally, to remove expletives.
2). Finances:
The cross fader is not as self-fixed as previously thought, there is likely to be a large bill.
Action: Richard to confer with the Kambar about replacement.
WUS made a profit of £75
Last fortnights WUS profits have been paid into the bank.
No money was lost on the cancelled gig (18th May), apart from the cost of flier printing.
3). Gigs:
May Brawl:
Krimson: confirmed.
Tangaroa (grind): to confirm.
Silverburn (stoner): to confirm.
Humanity: possible.
November gig:
Stamping Ground: confirmed.
Boatrace:
Dates have been booked at the Boatrace all the way up until June, so as to avoid similar disasters to 18th May gig.
Action: Catherine to post dates into minutes...could Emma please send me a list of the dates?
Punt party:
Action: Katie to sort out her graduate ID for the booking of punts.
4). Mandate:
All done; signed and ID'd.
Action: Katie to check the progress of the mandate with HSBC.
5). Any other business:
None of the committee have yet to put their contact details onto the website.
Action: Oli to send instructions to all committee members, on how to add their details.
