The remarkably amicable meeting started: 8:40

Present: Elizabeth, Katie, Catherine, Emma, Oli, Richard, Jester.

1). Minutes:
Last weeks minutes approved.

2). Treasurers report:
On 22nd May: £1194.57 in our account
Bank statements have now been directed to Katie's house.
Mandate has been processed, and all of the committee can now sign
the chequebook.

3). Picnic and Punt:
Punt: 8th June
Meet at 2:30 at the Mill Pond/weir
Action: Elizabeth to put details onto -announce.
Action: Emma and Oli to make up a banner/flag.
No other actions required other than to turn up on the day, with as
many student ID's as possible.
Picnic: 14th June
Meet at 3pm on Jesus green, location identifiable by the new flag.
Action: Emma to bring stereo and flag.

4). Fresher fair:
Action: Katie to e-mail CUSU in reference to fair.

5). Events:
May brawl, Fri 13th June:
Kickback: confirmed, fee of £75
Krimson: confirmed
Action: Oli to stick May brawl onto website.
November gig:
Dragonforce: confirmed. They will get back to us in reference to
possible support bands.

6). WUS:
Cross fader: New cross fader has arrived, but does not work on the
Kambar's decks.
Action: Richard is to take the mixers home with him to try and fix,
or find someone to fix them.
We need a diagnosis and quote, and then we will discuss our options.
WUS publicity: new fliers made.
Action: Richard to talk to Kambar about drinks offers.

7). Any other business:
Earth Shock Tour: Everything is in-place, and still running
smoothly.
WUS 17th June (summer fair week): Still not confirmed if we have the
Kambar...watch this space.
New URL: wus.org.uk This costs us no extra money, so we may as well
take it.
Official mailing list is not being used appropriately; WUS should be
posted onto this, and not onto -announce.
Action: Richard to put the new-members e-mails onto -official.
Swimming: It will take place again, this Monday.
Action: Oli to post this onto -announce.

This joyous meeting ended: 9:12pm. Almost sorry it came to a close.
