1). Richard Rant:
has new glasses...stylish.
College fliering: Richard needs volunteers to help him flier the colleges for WUS and gigs.
Ian offered to help.
Oct 17th gig also needs fliers, but yet to be printed.

2). WUS:
21st October. Karnival djing.
- will flier WUS for Karnivals next gig.
- RockSoc discount for the Karnival gig.
5th November. Zed from Total Rock Radio djing.
-need dj's for earlier on in the evening.
Andy Cairns cancelled.
Last WUS made a loss of £22.
WUS promotions will continue for one more fortnight: £2 members and NUS. 4 for 3.

3). Fresher's Fair:
Tuesday and Wednesday.
Nothing is ready; no help and no gear.
Action Richard: print fliers and sign-up list.
Action Richard: poles/sticks fliers and things to Trish's on Monday.
Action Katie: post for help onto -official.

4). AOB:
Term cards:
-Action Catherine: Start writing out term card envelopes.
Squash:
-If we can not get a room at college, within two weeks, the event will be cancelled.
Pub-crawl:
-Organized by Oli.
Teashop-crawl:
-Organized by Catherine.
President:
-Oli voted acting president whilst Elizabeth is away.
