1). Treasurers report:
Accounts are as previously stated: £1369.69
(owed to Richard) -£75.43

2). Squash:
Very few turned-up, but we acquired approx 6 new members.
Next year, book venue well in advance, end of summer term.

3). Minutes:
Approved, send to announce.

4). E-mail/Mailing lists:
Broken.
Action: Richard to investigate.

5). Pool:
Will continue to provide free pool, but we are not obliged if insufficient people turn-up.

6). Quorate:
Propose, because of absent/non-active committee members, that they are discounted from the quorate count so it becomes three instead of four.
4 votes for: 0 votes against.

7). WUS:
Made approx. £100.
Louise fliered many colleges well in advanced and has earned the special RockSoc gold-star.

8). Alma Meetings:
Post a notice onto -official every Tuesday.
Action: Oli.

9). Boatrace Gig (last week):
Total loss of approx £177.
Action: Emma to confirm this.

10). Accounting:
Action: Kate to lease with Emma in reference to the gig door-sheet, to understand incomings and outgoings.
Action: All committee members to think of ways to refine our accounting format.

11). Camden Trip:
Propose a RockSoc trip to Camden for the 22nd Nov.
Andy is to organize this, and post to -announce.
