1). Minutes:
Oli's minutes not yet written and therefore not yet approved. However, Oli has been approved generally speaking.

2). Camden Trip:
Saturday 22nd.
To be organized by Richard
Action: Richard post to -announce
Action: Oli e-mail freshers.

3). Tea-shop Crawl.
Saturday 29th November. 2:30pm
Action: Catherine post to -official.

4). Gigs:
Oli has drawn-up account sheets with a tally sheet on the back, to help keep better records of in- and out-goings.

5). Quiz
Fliers made.
Action: Oli e-mail -chat, and freshers.
Action: Oli to sort out Pass the Parcel.
Action: Richard to write a specialist sound and vision round.
Four rounds. Questions to be offered and written by members and selected by Richard.
Richard is to be the quiz master.
Action: Richard e-mail -official to inform them of the quiz and ask members to send in questions, to Richards address.
Four members or less per team.
Drinks-tokens and Fopp vouchers as prizes, to be given as a lucky-dip.
Action: Richard try and get hold of some freebies from bands.
Action: Kate to buy wooden spoons for "booby prize".
Action: Richard bring in the Rocksoc decks.
Action: Katie to write an "on-the-spot" questions round.

6). AOB.
Database, messed-up by Catherine, is "in-hand".
Action: Richard to bring in the copy of the database to the next meeting.
WUS: Made a profit of £180
Virtual hosting is now up and running. The new address is "rocksoc.org.uk"
Action: Richard to arrange new e-mail addresses using this new address.
