OK, I'll do my best with the minutes, but I'm not too good at meetings that jump around all over the place. So please feel free to e-mail me abuse with details of the bits I missed or f***ed-up!

Meeting opened: 8.49pm

Present: Oli, Richard, KT Catherine, and lots of Rocksoc members:)

1). Minutes:
Last weeks minutes were approved, and so were their promptness, however, the date needs to be corrected.

2). Treasurer:
We have had another bank statement.
Action: Richard to get the old cheque-book details to KT, so she can check the statement.

3). AGM:
NEXT WEEK! NEXT WEEK! NEXT WEEK! NEXT WEEK! NEXT WEEK! NEXT WEEK! NEXT WEEK!
Action: Catherine to send a reminder to -official, and inform members they can stand for a position on the night if they want to.
Action: Emma to bring the black sheet. Do you have the black sheet? When can you get to the Rope and Twine?
Action: Catherine, Oli and Richard to turn-up next week at 7...and start on the beer!
Action: Katie and Tish to bring nibbles.
Action: Richard to bring noise, and lots of it.
Action: Oli to bring black-jack.
Action: Catherine to bring hookers. (Still working on this).
Action: Oli to but nominations and motions onto -official, and web.

Motions:
-Free entrance to Rocksoc events, including WUS for committee members.
-The new committee to substantially review the way in which the society is run.
- The new committee to review both the day and venue for the committee and pub meetings.

Offer one free drink to any member who comes to the committee meeting between 7:00 and 8:00 (at the committees discretion).

WUS 17th Feb made a loss of £0.20
