Meeting opened: 8.51pm
Present: Oliver, Baz, Helen, Simon, Fiona, John.

1. Minutes
Action: Approved.

2. Treasurer's Report - Same as last week. Paid in £170 in from WUS.
Another £170 will be paid in tomorrow.

3. Events

Nottingham Trip Is Rocksoc members only.
Action: Ring Mark and discuss. He will drive the minibus, therefore he books. Rocksoc to give cheque for minibus.

4. WUS
1 DJ short for WUS
Publicity - Posters for the WUS after.
Also for Colleges.
Action: Helen to do posters and flyers for next WUS

5. Website Action: Hassle Oli about Rocksoc Website. John and Richard to second Simon for new Chiark account.

6. Term Cards
Dates for gigs and Marks Nottingham Trip sorted.
Action: Emily and I will do the Term Cards when we receive a list of dates for events.

7. Irrelevant Interruptions

Oliver (Who else?): I have a bad cough in the mornings..
Action: Smoke less!
