Minutes of committee meeting, 05/09/05

Present: Oliver, Simon, Keith, Fiona, Baz, Kit, John

Mandate:

The Committee resolved to change the mandate to HSBC Bank plc so cheques and
instructions can be signed by any two of these signatories: Helen Lambert,
Fiona Morgan, Keith Boyle, Simon McVittie; and filled in a mandate form
to that effect. For future reference, HSBC say the Secretary is responsible
for providing lists of people allowed to sign.

The Committee also filled in a Change Of Address Authority so bank statements
will be sent to Helen.

Action: Simon to deliver forms to Helen; Helen to fill in her details

Action: Helen, Fiona, Keith, Simon to take forms, proof of ID and proof of
address (home not university address, in Fiona's case) to HSBC on Saturday

Action: Elise to provide the minutes of the AGM by Saturday

Events Officer's report:

Over the course of the summer we have lost around £200 (starting with
£400 and ending with £200).

Notifying the Proctors:

The Proctors need to be informed about the current committee. Simon wrote an
email.

Action: Simon to send email and follow up if necessary
