Minutes of Committee meeting, 26/09/05

Meeting opened: 9:05pm

Present: Oliver, Kit, Baz, Keith, Simon, Fiona, Thomas, John

1. Mandate

Mandate has not been done.

Action: Helen to go to bank AGAIN!

2. Term Cards

We need the venue and date of the quiz.

Action: Keith to contact the Alma and the Rose and Crown about hosting the event.

3. WUS

Oliver has decided on the line-up of the first WUS. WUS posters need to be put up in collges, KSR, Forbidden Planet etc. The Calling requires an A3 WUS poster for the Kambar window, and A4 WUS posters - coordinate with John.

Action: Oliver to put up WUS posters in the aforementioned places.

Action: Oliver to give Keith WUS publicity.

Action: Oliver to give Simon the original file for the WUS poster.

It is worth noting that Oliver will be offline for the next week.

4. Website

The website needs updating.

Action: Simon to update the website.

5. Irrelevant Interruptions

Baz: Bananarama!

Oliver: Keith has joined and I feel oddly satisfied.

Oliver: If I'm gonna be a whore, I might as well make some money out of it.

Fiona: Oliver just started spouting stuff and I thought I ought to get it down.

Oliver: Fiona choked on my fuck and I'm quite happy to pay for that.

Action: Oliver to learn to behave. And all present to try and elevate their minds to the gutter.

Fiona choked and so the meeting closed at 9:17pm.
