Meeting Opened at 10pm

Committee Present: Simon, Oliver, Thomas, Fiona, Baz, Keith

1. Mandate

Mandate is apparently sorted out. Action: Helen to email
committee and confirm that mandate was sorted out. Simon to ask Helen.

2. Quiz at Alma

Action: Fiona to find out date of last Thursday of term.
Keith to confirm whether venue booked.

3. Rocksoc Cheques

Oliver has done photocopying, and Simon's website cost £48.
Action: Oliver to find receipt for photocopying.
Action: Keith to bring cheque book and write cheques for these expenses.

4. Termcards
Oliver will go to Mailbox, providing he receives a list of
dates of events. Termcards need to be done ASAP!!! Action: Simon to send
list of dates to Oliver.

5. WUS Posters

Oliver has fliered every college except Homerton and Girton.
Remember to include web address on poster. Action: Thomas or Simon will go
to Girton and put up a poster.

6. Gigs + Publicity

Keith has sorted this out.
Action: Oliver to go see Keith and put up gig posters.

7. New Potential Members

Action: Fiona to type up addresses.
Action: John to set up another mailing-list account.

8. Pub Crawl

This will happen on the 13th October. The theme will be
'Blacker than black/Blacker than Oliver's soul'.
Action: Baz to sort out the route and starting point.

9. Irrelevant Interruptions
A record was broken when Baz was offered beer and refused.
