Meeting Opened at 8.50pm

Committee Present: Simon, Oliver, Thomas, Keith, Helen, Fiona, Emily

1. Bank statement

We need to find out how much money is in the Rocksoc
account.

Action: Helen to check when the next statement arrives, and make
sure they are monthly, not quarterly. The address also needs to be checked.

2. Quiz at Alma

The venue needs to get back to Keith.

Action: Keith to call the Alma.

3. Termcards

Action: Oliver to take the list of events to Mailboxes.

4. WUS

Oliver has the set list for the next WUS. Taff needs to be confirmed.

5. Gigs + Publicity

All bands are confirmed for the gig.

Action: Simon to put up flyer on the website. Oliver, Simon, Fiona, Emily
and Thomas to give out flyers and put up band posters.

There will be no Trinity Rock Night next term.

6. New Members

Fiona has typed up all the addresses.

Action: Fiona and Emily to send an email to new members, informing them
of the Rocksoc website, pub-crawl and future events. Warn them about
subscription to Rocksoc official in the future.

7. Pub Crawl

This will start at 7pm, Thursday 13th October.

Action: Oliver to help organize a starting point by tomorrow.
