Rocksoc minutes: Monday 17 October 2005

Meeting Opened at 9.05pm

Committee Present: Simon, Oliver, Fiona, Emily, Baz, Keith

1. Bank statement

Helen is absent. Katie still received the statement last
month. However, they are already sent out monthly.

Action: Oliver to ring Helen.
Action: Katie to hand the cheque book onto someone on the committee.

2. Quiz at Alma

Keith has confirmed the Rose and Crown as the venue. The
quiz will take place on 1st December.

Action: Simon to put the quiz on the website.

3. Termcards

Action: Oliver to take the list of events to Mailboxes tomorrow.

4. WUS

Everything is well. Simon has helped with publicity.

5. Gigs + Publicity

All bands are confirmed. Local advertising is done. The
committee will each man (or woman) the door for about 20 minutes.

Action: Simon to put a poster up in Girton.

6. Website

Website is in progress. Simon is waiting for Richard on three things.

7. Rocksoc t-shirt + Banner

Where are they? Oliver might have them.

Action: Someone to find them.

8. Irrelevant Interruptions

(Many, to make up for none last week.)

Oliver: Last time I was very civilised.

Deano: A lot of beer was drunk. You were there when Ian said he'd never
drink again.
