1. Minutes
Minutes were approved.

2. Accounts
Keith has handed everything in to Dr Greaves. Helen says a few
missing receipts were found in her wallet. Action: Keith will email Dr
Greaves to inform him.

3. Finances
The upcoming gig should cost £350. Keith will try not to lose
more than £150. We have £681 in the bank. £150 in the WUS box to pay
the Kambar. Keith to cover costs of £40 per band.

4. Advertising for events

Belisha are going to give us 43 albums to distribute.

Action: Keith to print fliers - 800 for gig and 1000 for WUS.
Also Keith to get WUS into the relevant press.

Action: Simon to get WUS posters and fliers photocopied. Simon to take WUS
poster and fliers + fliers for the gig to The Calling.

Action: Keith to give 16-18 yr olds some Belisha albums.

5. Term Card Emailing

For the gig: Bands to be confirmed.

Action: Keith to ring Rose & Crown and confirm this to the committee.

Action: Fiona to email termcards by the end of this week. Simon may help.

6. AGM

Free food to be served. Keep costs down.

7. WUS

Oliver has nearly all the WUS DJs.

8. Mandate

We will organise handover for the mandate at the next AGM. The
next committee need to sort it out ASAP. Either Simon or Helen has the
mandate form and covering note saying Fiona and Helen have insufficient ID.

9. Banking

Simon has obtained application forms for Lloyds and Barclays.
Barclays only allow 3 signatories which may rule out Dr Greaves. These
would need to be WUS officer, Events officer and the Treasurer.

10. Website

Website is up to date.

11. Irrelevant Interruptions

Fiona had issues about being small.

Matthew suggested firebombing HSBC, once he'd removed his money from it.
