Members Present: Simon, Keith, Nick J, Nick, Gemma

1. AGM Minutes
Minutes approved.

2. Mandate
HSBC require AGM minutes signed by outgoing President & Secretary.
Mandate form sorted by Simon, just requires signing off and signatories (except for Keith) to take it to the bank. Nick thinks his ID is finally satisfactory.
Action: Committee (minus Keith) to meet at HSBC on Wednesday, 2p.m. bringing ID and proof of address.

Events
May Brawl – Bands confirmed are Legion of Doom (\m/) as a support

WUS – DJs sorted for this time round but not the next two. As Nick J is off ski-ing someone needs to be coerced into running WUS after next week. Also, the WUS box needs to be got back off Oli.
Action: Nick J to ask Richard or Kit if they can run WUS over Easter and also

Handover
WUS – Nick J to nag Oliver to bring the WUS box to Borders tomorrow so he can collect it. Also to ask him about the WUS T-shirts and the RockSoc banner.

Secretary – Fiona will give Gemma the Secretary box at the start of next term.

Committee Mailing List - This has been updated by Simon to include the new committee members. Everyone confirmed that they had received the introductory e-mail.

Notes: Simon is allergic to kittens and can’t drink at Doree and Mark’s. :-(
