WUS
1. Tomorrow night's WUS sorted DJ wise. Next one almost, just need to make sure people know to play a fairly commercial set.

2. Perhaps don't guarantee sets every time if the DJ has already tried and been proven unpopular?

3. Set lists need to be more varied, e.g. play a less well known tune by a well known band. Good to have new stuff played but no-one will dance if it's too obscure.

Gigs
4. Criminal gig sorted bandwise.

Pubcrawl
5. Do a joint one with Gothsoc. Committee members guaranteeing presence are both Nicks & myself. Simon will try to go but may be too jetlagged from American conference trip.

Christmas Quiz
6. Need to confirm a date and venue.

7. Find out full term dates for the university. (Action: Gemma and Nick J)

Termcard
8. Send out to official and bcc to people's personal addresses. (Action: Gemma)

Fresher's Fair
9. Need to get sign up sheets and set up an "interested" mailing list. (Action: Simon)

10. Fair open:

* Tues 11 - 7p.m.
* Weds 9:30 - 4:00p.m.

Entry via side door. Need at least 3 people to clear up on Weds.

11. Flyers done, both WUS Tonight! ones for the Tuesday and normal ones for Weds.

12. Need the flag and banner (possibly T-Shirts) off Oliver Longden. (Action: Simon)

Webshite
13. Basically ok but need to create logins for setlist uploading purposes. (Action: Simon, but not till November due to workload)

Other
14. Nick Jackson is acting President during Simon's absence.

15. Everyone meet at 11a.m. tomorrow morning at Kelsey Kerridge!
