WUS

1. Nick J to play last slot tomorrow. Also, as it's RAG Blind Date on the same night, he proposed that we offer discounted entry to couples with a Blind Date form - accepted.

2. Plug Fire & Forget gig on WUS e-mail as we're nice like that.

Action: Nick J to publicise Blind Date discount on facebook and send WUS e-mail.

3. Richard's CDs which were lost at WUS were located (possibly) among those found by Nick & Simon.

[Break for exchange of mockery and very bad innuuendo]

AGM

4. Notice for nominations has been sent and ignored.

5. Mark has e-mailed in his bid for President and Webthing. He also suggested Neville Ball for Wus Officer. Nick J thinks John B may be more suited, but we shall see who applies.

6. Possibly raise awareness that there can be joint posts. However, these run better on a leader/minion basis so there's no dispute on decisions.

WEBSITE

7. Problems have occurred with uploading setlists. Simon suppested uploading them already formatted to how they are displayed on the website (Artist; Song; Request Y/N).

SECRETARIAL

8. Membership cards are all up to date, as is the database.

ALT-EASTER

9. We wish this delegated to Mark unless matters require us to intervene.

PUBLICITY

10. The street team is moseying along nicely.

Action: Nick J to just keep an eye on things to make sure that all places we require flyering are well and truly spammed.
