Meeting Began: 8:30pm

1. Fiona to swap membership book with Nev.

2. WUS
It's WUS tomorrow and it's the last one for a while. Need to make big.
Take everyone there.
Next term get WUS on CUSU events list. Also give out free entry fliers at
the Fresher's Fair.
Also make WUS 'house' CDs. Make mix CDs of requests. Leave CDs in WUS bag.
Action: John B and Nick J to forward this to JCR committee.
Action: PROMOTE.

3. May Brawl
John B has the posters for the Killing Miranda gig.
Gig is sorted. Contract hasn't come back from Killing Miranda yet.
Rocksoc members can buy tickets from Keith, people from further afield can
buy tickets online.
Action: John B to bring posters for Killing Miranda gig to committee meet.
Action: Simon to take fliers to office.
Action: Mark to take gig fliers to WUS.
Action: Keith and Mark to flier pubs.
Action: Simon to put up poster of gig in Man on the Moon.
Action: Keith to set up online advanced tickets scheme.

4. Alt-Summer
Not going ahead.

5. Mandate
Mandate happening Friday afternoon.

6. Rockstock
Made £96 on door. Costs £1000 to run the night.
Need to try to get more people attending, especially non-students.
Fire and Forget to play at next Rockstock - hopefully will attract people.
Chiara will get a demo of Fire and Forget to play on CUR and advertise the
next Rockstock night.
Rockstock are open to putting more bands on. Chiara has contacts - bands
we know won't pull out.
Rockstock want suggestions of music to play.
Action: Committee members to flier pubs.

7. CUR
Could use Rock DJs from CUR to play at WUS and Rockstock.
Get WUS DJs onto CUR at Fresher's Fair.

8. Premiere Lists
Mark tried to get onto the Premiere lists. However, none got back to him.
Action: Simon to dig out Premiere lists from Rocksoc archives.

9. Hot Geek Meet
Action: Mark, Simon, John S and John B to meet at CB2 and sort out the
mailing list.

10. Irrelevant Interruptions
Simon: Young minds will be corrupted.
Mark: I'm going to have to get mine out...
